Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Because of our premium service and high demand, cancellation and no-shows affect us significantly.  For these reason, Bamboo Hair Studio (TM)  upholds a strict cancellation and no-show policy.  A $25 fee will be assessed to your next service without minimumof 1 1/2 hour notice.  Please be advised all prices are subject to change.

Courtesy Policy

As a courtesy to our clients and because of the services that we provide,  please only bring children if they are being served.

Services and packages do not include gratuity.
